EV Church

Demand always exceeds availability! Please try and make alternate arrangements with family or friends if possible.

We are now accepting children aged between 6 months old (who have the ability to sit up by themselves) and 11 years old (primary school age).

We have very limited creche spots for children aged 1-5 however have slightly more availability for children in K-6 due to compliance with safe ratios.

Creche helpers are equipped with Working with Children Checks and Safe Ministry qualifications. Please note that creche is provided during all daytime main sessions, you’ll need to care for your children during meal breaks.

There is no child minding provided after afternoon tea. Please see the conference timetables for your reference.

Bring along plenty of nut-free snacks for your kids and an activity that they enjoy doing, and also talk to the helpers about their kids routine on arrival.

The main hall features a large cry room, and talks are broadcast on screens in the lobby. You’re also welcome to bring kids into the sessions.

Gosford Presbyterian Church

There will be a simple creche at Gosford with volunteer supervision. However, please note that there is no formal children’s program available. A cry room is available. You’re welcome to bring kids into the sessions.
