Early Bird Creche Registration

We have very limited creche spots available for children aged one to five at EV Church and Gosford Presbyterian.

Since demand always exceeds availability, please try and make alternate arrangements with family or friends if possible. We don’t have provisions for children over the age of five, so you’ll need to arrange separate care for them.

Creche helpers are equipped with Working with Children Checks and Safe Ministry qualifications. There’s no formal kids program and you’ll need to care for your children during meal breaks. Please note that creche is provided during all daytime main sessions. There is NO child minding provided after afternoon tea. Please see our conference timetables for your reference.

You’re welcome to keep your baby with you during sessions. At EV Church, the main hall features a large cry room, and talks are broadcast on screens in the lobby. At Gosford Presbyterian Church, a cry room is available.

Please bring along plenty of nut-free snacks for your kids and an activity that they enjoy doing, and also talk to the helpers about their kids routine on arrival.
