Ticketing Policy & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your interest in attending the Reach Australia National Conference 2025. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for registration cancellations. To ensure a fair and transparent process for cancellations, we have established the following policy:

  1. Cancellation Deadline: Please notify us of any cancellation requests at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the Reach Australia National Conference 2025. This advance notice is crucial as it allows us to effectively plan and allocate resources, including conference materials and catering.
  2. Refund Eligibility: If you cancel your registration before the 6-week deadline, we will process a full refund of your ticket(s) without any penalty.
  3. Late Cancellations: If you inform us of your cancellation later than 6 weeks prior to the conference start date, we may be unable to issue a full refund. Each late cancellation request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the specific circumstances. Please note that a full refund should not be automatically assumed after the 6-week cutoff date.


COVID-19 and Emergencies

We recognise that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and unforeseen emergencies can impact your ability to attend the conference. In such situations, we are committed to being flexible and understanding. Here’s our policy regarding COVID-19 and emergencies:

  1. COVID-19: If you are unable to attend the Reach Australia National Conference 2025 due to COVID-19-related implications, such as travel restrictions or health concerns, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of when you notify us.
  2. Emergencies: We define emergencies as serious illnesses or sudden crises that prevent you from attending the conference. In such cases, you will also be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the timeframe in which you inform us.


Conference Changes

While we strive to ensure a smooth and rewarding conference experience, we must clarify our liability in certain situations:

  1. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Reach Australia National Conference 2025 is cancelled or rescheduled for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government regulations, or pandemic-related restrictions, we will make every effort to reschedule the event or offer alternative arrangements. However, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by attendees related to such cancellations.
  2. Changes to Program: We reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, including speakers, sessions, and schedules, if necessary. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of any changes, we are not liable for any inconvenience or costs resulting from program adjustments.
